HOME / PRIZE DRAWS

The Friday raffle, on the big screen.

No more numbers out of an ice-cream container. Pick a draw, press the button behind the bar, and it plays on every TV in the club at once — in your colours, with every result recorded.

01 Three ways to draw, and one made for you

Pick a different one each week.

Every one is fully rendered in 3D, wears the club's own colours and logo, and takes about fifteen seconds — long enough for the room to look up, short enough to get on with the night.

01

Spin the Wheel

The classic. Numbered pockets, a ball rattling round the rim, and a slow settle into the winning slot with the club name across the centre.

Ball Cage draw mid-spin on a clubhouse screen
02

Ball Cage

A wire drum turning on its axle, numbered balls tumbling over each other, until one drops through the hatch and rolls down the tray.

Air Machine draw mid-spin on a clubhouse screen
03

Air Machine

A lottery blower — balls bouncing on the jet under a glass dome. A few decoys rise to the tube and fall away before the winner is drawn up.

Custom draw

The Eagle's Choice

Built around one club's own eagle: it circles a floodlit green, feints low over a decoy, then dives, takes the winning ball in its talons and carries it back to the perch. A custom draw like this can be made for your club, around your mascot and your grounds.

02 Run it from the bar

One button behind the bar. Every screen at once.

Whoever's serving opens Prize Draws on a phone or the bar tablet, types the prize and presses Draw. Your Club TVs drop what they're showing, play the same draw in step, then go back to the rotation on their own.

The bar gets its own login that can reach the draw screen and nothing else — no member data, no settings, no history.

03 Your colours

It should look like your club, not ours.

The draws take their colours from your club website, so they match the moment you turn them on. Prefer something else for the big screen? Pick any palette and a font pack, and every draw follows — wheel, cage, dome, the eagle and the green it flies over.

Set once, in the dashboard.

The same Appearance panel you use for the club website — a palette, a font pack, and a preview so you can see it before the room does. Colours that would leave the winning number unreadable are adjusted automatically.

04 Fair, and provable

The animation is theatre. The draw isn't.

  • ✓The number is settled before anything moves.Every draw is made on the server, by the same random source banks use, and sent to the screens. Nothing the wheel or the bird does can change it.
  • ✓Every live draw is written down.Number, prize, who ran it, when, and which TVs it played on. Those records can't be edited or deleted — only voided, with a reason.
  • ✓Number not sold? Redraw. One press. The first draw stays in the record marked not sold, and the new one links back to it, so the history reads honestly.
  • ✓Export it for the committee.Draw History lists every draw the club has made, with a CSV for the treasurer or the licensing paperwork.
